2. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use MM2.Rocks. However, we may automatically collect certain non-personal information when you visit the site, including:

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to gather this information. The data collected includes pages visited, session duration, and general usage patterns.

Google Analytics processes this data on our behalf to produce aggregated usage reports; where analytics cookies are declined or not consented to, Google Analytics operates in a cookieless mode that does not store identifiers on your device. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set with your consent, given through the consent message; elsewhere they are used by default and you can opt out via the Privacy Settings link in the footer. 5. Google AdSense

We may use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our site. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing activity.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party cookies for advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

6. Discord Integration & User Accounts

MM2.Rocks offers optional user accounts via Discord OAuth2. When you log in with Discord, we request the following permissions:

• Identify: To retrieve your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
• Join Server: To automatically add you to the MM2.Rocks Discord community server.

When you create an account, we store the following in our database:

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar hash
• XP points, level, and activity history (e.g., items viewed, calculator usage, Discord messages)

Your account data is used to power the XP/levelling system, leaderboard, and profile page. Your Discord username and avatar are visible on the public leaderboard and in Discord embeds when you share trades.

The "Share on Discord" feature in the Trade Calculator also uses Discord OAuth2. When sharing without a logged-in account, your Discord data is stored temporarily in your browser session for up to 2 hours.

You can revoke access at any time via your Discord Authorized Apps settings. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile page.

7. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Understand how visitors use our site and improve the user experience
• Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues
• Display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense
• Maintain site security and prevent abuse

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with:

• Google Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics
• Google AdSense: Advertising-related data for ad serving
• Discord: Your username and avatar are displayed publicly in our Discord server when you share a trade
• Hosting providers: Server logs necessary for site operation

9. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months). User account data (Discord ID, username, avatar, XP, and activity history) is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us via Discord.

10. Children's Privacy

MM2.Rocks does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You never need an account to use this site. Browsing item values, reading guides and using the trade calculator all work without signing in, and we do not ask for your name, email address or date of birth to do any of them.

Signing in is optional and is only offered through Discord, which requires users to be at least 13 (older in some countries). If you do sign in, section 6 above lists exactly what we store. In plain terms — what other people can see about you: your Discord username and avatar appear on the public leaderboard, and they appear in Discord when you choose to share a trade. Nothing else you do on the site is shown to anyone else.

You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time from your profile page. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us via Discord and we will delete it.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data, including:

• The right to know what data is collected about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies (via the consent message or the Privacy Settings link in the footer)
• The right to withdraw consent at any time

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
